A Walk in the Park for Howl-oween

The kiddos and I took our sweet puppy to her first organized dog walk, a Howl-Oween Dog Parade, which our local dog park hosted.

The pooches were encouraged to wear costumes, and I'm sure the other dogs at the walk were thankful we didn't enter Lainey into any of the costume contests, because surely she woulda won.  I MEAN LOOK AT HER.  Big thanks to Em for generously loaning Lainey all of her princess accessories, from the legwarmers to the tutu.

Lainey even had her first date with her puppy love Zander, my favorite momma-to-be Kristen's puppy.

All around it was a great time and a great event.

And never one to let another steal the spotlight for too long, Snowmeow had to go and eat the tulle from Lainey's tutu, landing her another stint at the vet. Fetishes- this kitty has them.
