Adventures in Thrifting: The Map Edition

I don't know if you know this or not, but last year I did a blog dedicated specifically to our first year as homeowners. That's where I mentioned how I'd like to decorate our family room with maps and globes.  So I was DEAD on the floor at Goodwill when I found this huge map for $9.99.  Seriously, it's a beast- about 4.5 feet wide and over 2 feet tall.




I bought it immediately. Obviously.

    You need to take a trip out West and come decorate my house, woman. I can't wait to see your wedding wall! And my favorite was/is the collage on the wall leading downstairs. Those birds are love.

    I am SO jealous of that map! I want one for our playroom but they're hella expensive to buy retail! Can't wait to see what spot yoou pick!
