Clay's Birthday Weekend

We boarded a jet plane Friday afternoon and flew to Baltimore to spend the weekend - Clay's birthday weekend! - in Baltimore with one of our best friends, Andy.  My mother in law kept the kids so we could have an adult weekend of late nights and even later mornings to welcome Clay into his 35th year.   And we had an amazing time.  Andy lives in this awesome part of the city, where literally everyone is friends with everyone and it's so relaxed and ... fun.     We missed our babies of course, we always do when we leave, and I know Clay was glad to be home on his actual birthday (Monday) to celebrate with them as well.
